這款車是德國 Wheelsandmore改裝廠推出的基于法拉利458 Italia Spider打造的改裝套件。在這款車身上，Wheelsandmore打造了碳纖維后視鏡外殼、碳纖維后保桿分流器以及21英寸鍛造鋁合金輪轂，匹配Hankook S1Evo性能跑胎。458 Italia Spider Perfetto改裝套件同時還提供內飾、行李廂、以及發動機艙的輕量化材質配件，這些改進使得車重相比原廠車型降低約30公斤。
