這款車是德國改裝廠G-Ppwer以寶馬M3為基礎推出的改裝作品。增加了外觀套件之后的寶馬M3整車從外形來看顯得簡潔有力，本次改裝還安裝了20英寸銀石賽道的金剛石砂輪，覆蓋在米其林輪胎上。G-Power公司將在此款車型的前部添加了擾流板。發動機罩和行李廂蓋全部用碳纖維制成，配備多輻輪轂和可調節的避震裝置，使整車看起來更為動感和流暢。

動力方面，G-Ppwer在改裝發動機中可謂下足了功夫，其將發動機排量改為4.0～4.6升，并安裝一款型號為A SK III ASAT1-723 機械增壓組件。這款車減小了風阻的影響，整車看起來更具流線型。排氣管則采用鈦合金制作，看起來更為大氣。E92 M3的功率輸出可以達到720馬力，從0加速至100公里/小時只需要3.7秒，最高車速可以達到340公里/小時。
