車身延續了CLK63 AMG的空氣動力學設計，位于前保險杠上的加大進氣口有助于水箱快速散熱，并確保引擎在激烈操控下不會過熱。在兩個前輪拱的后方還分別設置了一個鰓狀的散熱口，便于熱氣排出。

前葉子板采用輕量化的碳纖維材質制成，并鑲嵌上“6.3 AMG”字樣以突顯其非凡的性能。側裙和后保險杠的設計完全遵循空氣動力學的設計需求，后保險杠與排氣管的設計也和F1安全車如出一轍。

在動力配置上，為了達到Black Series所設定的最高標準，AMG對原來CLK63 AMG搭載的6.3升V8引擎進行了重新調校，最大功率可輸出500馬力，最大扭矩輸出為630牛米，安全極速下最高車速為300公里/小時。
