MTM奧迪R8是德國著名改裝公司Motorentchnik Mayer在2011年的日內瓦車展上推出的基于奧迪R8的超級跑車。這款改裝車最吸引人的地方就是外觀采用了獨特的鍍鉻涂裝，亮光閃閃，底盤離地間隙也非常小，運動風格十足。這款車還采用了全新的前唇和后擾流器，就連門把手也相應的做了提升。此外，它還配備了20英寸的米其林PS2輪胎和升級版的8活塞制動卡鉗。

動力方面，改裝版R8換裝了5.0升雙渦輪增壓發動機，最大輸出功率777馬力，峰值扭矩達888牛米，這也使得這款車從靜止加速至100公里/小時僅需3秒，最高車速可達360公里/小時。與之相匹配的是6擋手動變速箱，同時配有四驅系統。強力改裝也使得這款車注定價值不菲，其售價為40萬歐元左右，約合人民幣361萬。
