由德國著名改裝品牌Carlsson推出的改裝版奔馳CLS曾在2011年的日內瓦車展上亮相。Carlsson的首席設計師Rolf Schlepp為CLS帶來了一套空氣動力學套件，使CLS的“Coupe”元素得到更突出的表現，這包括新的車頭大包圍、RS前唇、不銹鋼進氣格柵、車尾大包圍和車尾擴散器。此外，Carlsson還為這款車配備了一套雙橢圓形不銹鋼排氣管和特別設計的20英寸輕質合金輪轂。C-Tronic懸掛控制套件的加入使得懸掛系統比奔馳原廠的Airmatic系統低了30毫米。

對于這款車的內飾，Carlsson采用了大量的高級材質，真皮、Alcantara與碳纖維以及實木的配搭確立了車內的基本風格。座椅和車門內襯都使用Carlsson Nappa真皮進行包裹，運動型方向盤則用Alcantara包裹，控制踏板使用的是拉絲鋁合金材料。

動力方面，Carlsson可提供多款發動機供選擇，對于配備柴油動力的CLS 350 CDI，Carlsson的C-Tronic控制單元將最大功率和扭矩分別提升至316 馬力和780 牛米。這也使得這款車從靜止加速到100公里/小時相比普通版縮短了0.3秒，僅需5.9秒。
