從外形上看凱迪拉克凱雷德　HYBRID　和普通版區別不大，白色的車漆是它的主打顏色，不過也有傳統的黑色可供選擇。它與普通版最大的不同恐怕就是兩側前翼子板上的鍍鉻　Hybrid　裝飾。另外在　C　柱和車尾也鑲嵌有“Hybrid”標志。除此之外最小離地間隙也有所不同。

凱迪拉克凱雷德　HYBRID　的混合動力系統主要由　6.0L V8 VORTEC　全鋁智能高效發動機、EVT　電子無級變速箱和300伏特鎳氫大容量電池組成，其中這款6.0升　V8　發動機最高功率達332匹馬力，峰值扭矩為498牛米。在兩臺83千瓦電動機的協同作用下，該車從0加速到60英里/小時僅8.7秒。
