德國跑車制造商保時捷最近發布了保時捷　911 GT AMERICA ，這輛獨特的賽車是為了明年的　United Sports Car Racing　系列賽事中的　GT Daytona Class　級別而開發的新賽車。

保時捷　911 GT AMERICA　是以　Porsche 911 GT3 Cup　為基礎而打造的,引擎蓋底下是一具4.0升的水平對置六缸引擎，能夠產生　470hp　的動力，并且搭配了一臺6速的序列式變速箱。除此之外還配置了電子節氣門以及撥片系統。

保時捷　911 GT AMERICA　和　911 GT3 Cup　賽車不同的地方，包括了　USCR　賽事規格的大型尾翼、新開發的剎車系統以及快拆式的剎車卡鉗，還有一套高速加油系統。
