Pivo 3概念車是日產汽車推出的第八款電動概念車，是PIVO系列在2005年發布的PIVO 1概念車以及在2007年發布的PIVO 2概念車之后推出的第三款概念車。這款車在2011年的東京車展上首次與公眾見面。

PIVO 2是一款富有創新性的且富有想象力的概念車，它的車身長度不足3米，其采用的是非常特別的“1+2”式座椅布局，駕駛座被安裝在中央，兩側分別與一個單個的乘客座椅相接。這款3座的概念車可以在僅僅4米的范圍內完成一個U形轉彎，這使其在市區駕駛中非常敏捷，而且幾乎不用費力氣來操縱。在外觀的設計上，PIVO 3比前兩代概念車更加成熟，擁有大膽醒目的表面設計和長長的車身線條，營造出了一種動感的外形。

如同其前兩代車型，這款PIVO 3是由安裝在輪轂內的電動機來驅動的，這為輪轂提供了更大的運動自由，并創造了更大的底盤空間。以駕車者為中心的內飾設計融合了側視監控器（取代了后視鏡）、日產的環視監控系統（使盲點達到最小化）以及一個超寬的GPS和其他信息顯示器。內飾表面將帶有縫線的真皮裝飾和銀色裝飾結合到了一起，同時“雪白色”和“電動藍色”的配色方案營造出了一種高品質的氛圍?！?BR>
另外值得一提的是，PIVO 3的一個先進裝備是自動代客泊車系統（AVP）。該系統允許駕車者在街道上離開他們的車輛，而讓它在一個特別裝備的智能停車廠里自己找到一個停車位。當駕車者準備離開停車廠的時候，該車可以通過智能電話被召喚過來。
