簡要說明	專為賽道而生的邁凱輪　12C GT Sprint　計劃在古德伍德速度嘉年華進行全球首次亮相，日前已經正式發布。邁凱輪稱這部功率616馬力的超級賽車價格將“低于20萬英鎊”，2013年底之前將會生產20臺。 12C GT Sprint　為邁凱輪賽車部門所造，保留了許多標準版　12C　的系統，但被重新定義為一部賽車。12C GT Sprint　使用3.8升雙渦輪引擎，功率達到616馬力，和　12C　的七速雙離合變速箱相呼應。12C GT Sprint　還添加了新供油和冷卻系統，以及從　12C GT3　衍生的中央前端散熱器。車身底盤比標準　12C　低40毫米，PCC　懸掛也為降低的高度進行了重新調整。邁凱輪稱，懸掛調整和倍耐力賽車輪胎讓　12C GT Sprint　的操控更加穩健，更加偏向賽道。12C GT Sprint　的駕駛者也可以選擇三種操作模式，可根據賽道狀況調節減震、側傾度和　ESP　設置。外觀調整還包括更加強化的全新前保險杠、GT-3　衍生的引擎罩，以及更大的散熱管和前端散熱百葉片。
