簡要說明	這款車是德國汽車改裝廠Edo Competition基于蘭博基尼蝙蝠 LP640跑車推出的改裝車。Edo對LP640的動力、懸掛系統、車身包圍、內飾以及排氣系統都進行了改進。其中動力方面的改進最為明顯，Edo運用了連續可變氣門正時和drive-by-wire線控技術，同時重新調整了ECU程序，還換裝了特殊的高流量空氣濾清器，高性能催化器排氣蝶閥控制，高流量消聲器以及不銹鋼排氣系統。這些改進使得改裝后的蘭博基尼蝙蝠LP640超級跑車的6.5升V12發動機輸出功率由原來的640馬力提升至663馬力，峰值扭矩也從之前的660牛米提高到675牛米，這也使得其百公里時速加速時間縮短至3.8秒，極速可達348公里/小時。面對獲得提升的功率和扭矩輸出，Edo對LP640的6擋手動變速箱也進行了改裝，同時換上了強度更高的差速器和半軸。蘭博基尼E-gear自動變速箱配備了稱為Trust的新管理程序，采用全時四驅動系統，匹配可靠的Viscous Traction粘性傳動系統，Viscous Traction完全自行工作，沒有任何電控原件。改裝版 Murcielago LP640的全新控制系統運用了閉環控制技術，全車的所有訊息都由三個主控制器和一個衛星控制器管理和控制。主控制單元由兩個蘭博基尼LIE發動機管理系統，GFA輔助控制系統和PMC發動機控制系統組成。這些系統都通過CAN Bus總線將其連接起來，實現高速數據傳輸。
