這款車是著名改裝廠G-Power在2012年春季為寶馬M3定制的全新改裝套件。此次的改進主要是針對動力系統而進行的升級。為了提高性能，G-Power為寶馬M3 E46車型安裝了ASA T1-518超級離心式增壓系統，該機械增壓器使3.2升6缸發動機能夠迸發出450馬力的最大功率以及460牛米的最大扭矩，分別較之前提高了107馬力和95牛米。改裝后的M3能夠在14.7秒之內從0加速至200公里/小時，這款車的極速可達300公里/小時。

除了動力更為強勁之外，這輛跑車還裝備了可調節的絞牙避震系統、運動型排氣系統、高性能制動系統、20英尺合金輪圈以及米其林Pilot Sport輪胎。這款車的起售價為31000美元。
