簡要說明	于2011年日內瓦車展中，JAGUAR展出史上最強的XK車型，不過不是通過車型的換代更新來達成，而是通過全新推出的性能套件加強，讓現有的XKR車型，達到前所未有的強悍性能。針對當前的XKR，JAGUAR原廠性能團隊提供兩種升級套餐，第一款名為“Speed Pack”，換上全新ECU計算機芯片，改變了原有的250公里/小時限速，增至280公里/小時，搭配著510馬力最大功率，讓XKR原廠設定達到未曾有過的強大；而為了對應此限速的提升，原廠性能團隊也重新設計了XKR的空力套件，針對前下擾流與后尾翼的重新設計，提升了車頭的穩定性與車尾的下壓力；至于助力輔助轉向系統也重新調整，高速行駛時助力輔助降低，轉向更為精準，讓駕駛可于高速時對于車輛的掌握提升。 Speed Pack中提供七種車色選擇，且為展示此性能套件的不凡，除了加大的車后尾翼外，還加裝了鍍鉻車窗飾條、網狀格柵、紅色剎車卡鉗、20英寸專屬輪圈與中心寫上R字的輪圈飾蓋。第二款性能升級套件則名為〝Speed and Black Pack〞。是基于Speed Pack上，增加了Black Pack黑色套件，也就是僅針對黑、白與紅三種車色為主，加裝了Speed Pack之后，再提供黑色設計的20英寸輪圈、XKR專屬車側貼紙、黑色內裝等，展現黑色套件的真正魅力。
