簡要說明	保時捷964是1989至1994年生產和銷售的911車系成員，也被稱為第三代911。964造型上和以往的911有著分別，擋泥板和車身更加協調，同時設有電動后擾流板，在時速80公里時會自動升起，時速低于80公里或車輛停下時會收回到發動機艙蓋上方。不僅如此，964的發動機、驅動裝置、轉向傳動系統、輪軸、輪圈和輪胎等設備都進行了技術更新。動力方面，964配備的是3.6升自然進氣式6缸水平對置發動機，最大功率247馬力，最大扭矩可達310牛米，從靜止加速至96公里/小時僅需5.5秒，極速可達261公里/小時。為匹配強勁的動力，助力轉向和ABS制動系統首次成為這款車的標準裝備。另外，保時捷還首次在964上配備了安全氣囊。值得一提的是，964成為第一代在911車系中可選置Tiptronic自動變速箱車型，同時也是第一代提供四輪驅動模式的911。
