簡要說明	來自德國的保時捷911 GT2 RS已經是一部性能強悍的跑車了，盡管這款車擁有最大功率為620馬力渦輪增壓發動機，0～100公里/小時加速時間僅需3.5秒，最高時速可達330公里。不過，同樣來自德國的知名改裝廠商Wimmer RS有他們自己的想法，就算是全球僅限量500臺的Porsche 911 GT2 RS，他們還是進行了改裝。 Wimmer RS為保時捷911 GT2 RS的3.6升六缸水平對置雙渦輪增壓發動機更換了全新優化的渦輪增壓器，運動型高流量空氣濾清器、高流量進氣管路、閥門控制的運動型高性能排氣系統和運動觸媒（催化劑），再經過重新編寫ECU后，Wimmer RS將保時捷 911 GT2 RS原車型的620馬力的最大功率和700牛米的最大扭矩分別提升至703馬力和810牛米。如此強悍的動力讓Wimmer RS保時捷911 GT2 RS從0加速至100公里/小時僅需3.3秒，而0～200公里/小時加速只需9.5秒（原廠為9.8秒），極速高達356公里/小時。有了Wimmer RS給予的動力提升，911 GT2 RS在遇強勁的對手時可謂如虎添翼。
