簡要說明	專改大眾集團旗下車款的ABT Sportsline，發表了針對奧迪A8的新作品，不過這次改的是A8 4.2 V8 TDI車款，并命名為ABT AS8。外觀方面， ABT將A8前臉家族式的單幅超大進氣格柵保留，唯一改變的是前氣壩兩側的霧燈被刪除并在底部加裝了碳纖維前唇，使整個前臉看起來更加簡潔又霸氣十足。ABT為AS8改裝了全車空力套件，包括前下擾流、側裙、后尾翼及后下擾流，排氣尾管則改為新造型的四出款式，搭配上20英寸或21英寸ABT鋁合金輪圈，讓AS8整體造型由原來的豪華貴族氣息上更增添了紳士運動員的動感形象。動力方面，AS8在搭載4.2L V8 TDI柴油發動機A8基礎上打造。最大功率由原來的350馬力提升至385 馬力，而最大扭矩由800 牛米提升至880牛米。百公里加速時間甚至趕超搭載6.3L W12汽油發動機的終極版A8。
