簡要說明	在2004年的北京國際汽車展上，來自德國的汽車設計公司EDAG展示了其概念車Cinema 7D，曾受到觀眾的廣泛關注。Cinema 7D的外型輪廓顯示了楔型車身的典范，富有空氣動力學的表現。車身上的幾何線條充滿張力，動感十足。為了讓人能夠盡量地欣賞車外的風光，該車采用大塊玻璃頂棚，整幅車頂玻璃與前檔風玻璃貫通一體，視野極其廣闊。Cinema 7D的設計理念是：人們在繁忙的工作之余，能夠與家人、朋友一起去郊外游玩。因此在設計上，這款車內部的3排座位依次升高，7個座位錯落分布，保證了乘客之間不會相互影響。 Cinema 7D的設計師將B柱省略以方便乘客出入。由于取消B柱，設計師加粗了A柱和C柱， A柱與車頂渾然一體，上邊梁采用拱形設計以承受車頂蓋重量。從力學、空氣動力學的角度看，Cinema 7D的外型設計合理，沒有浮華的成份。Cinema 7D的車窗與座椅布置相輔相成，也符合人們的使用習慣。從藝術的角度看，這款車的設計新穎，實用感強，揭示了一種可預見的時尚趨勢。Cinema 7D還曾獲得2005年11月頒布的“紅點”設計獎，這款車是當時作為唯一的汽車產品入選。
