簡要說明	雷克薩斯在2012北京國際車展的展臺上，將全新一代ES 250作為全球首發車型被發布了出來，作為將來在中國市場主推小排量車型的產品規劃。外觀方面，新一代ES采用了紡錘式進氣格柵作為全新的家族式造型，LED日間行車燈的加入也讓新車年輕了不少，整車的線條設計也得到了改善，與上一代ES相比，新車在外觀造型上的變化是有目共睹的。內飾方面，新一代ES內飾布局為“T”字型，桃木材質的點綴使車內檔次感得到明顯提升，中控臺上方配有大尺寸液晶顯示屏，此外新車還配備了第二代Remote Touch交互系統。動力方面，新一代ES 250搭載的是與凱美瑞2.5升車型相同的發動機，最大功率184馬力，峰值扭矩235牛米。傳動系統方面，與之匹配的是6擋手自一體變速箱。
