2010款RDX呈現出謳歌的新外觀，包括源于TL車型的前格柵設計、重新設計的前保險杠面板下部部位以及新的霧燈。新設計的保險杠和新的進氣口也是新車重新設計的部分。

于2010車型年而言最重要的一點就是增加了一款前驅版的RDX車型，因為直到現在為止RDX只配備了謳歌的超級四輪驅動力自由控制系統(Super Handling All-Wheel Drive system,簡稱為SH-AWD)。

2010款RDX的售價為：前驅款車型售32520美元，而SH-AWD四驅車型的售價則為34520美元。兩款車型還都可裝備謳歌的技術選裝包，該選裝包的價格為3100美元。

2010款RDX在動力上與現款并沒有差異，仍然采用2.3升渦輪增壓4缸引擎，最大功率輸出為239馬力。
