簡要說明	Crossover-橫跨二界的車子，這是2002年美國「底特律車展」的特色，向來特別會創造新車級距的美國克萊斯勒汽車公司自然不會缺席，這一次，Pacifica這款概念車，正是克萊斯勒再次創造新級距的代表作！根據克萊斯勒的說法，Pacifica在設計之前，就是將目標設定為「打破現狀、既非傳統轎車、也不是4X4越野車、更不是MPV多功能休旅車」的一款新型車，克萊斯勒很顯然會將Pacifica正式量產，因為它連市場目標、價格目標都已經定出來了！這一部Pacifica，乃是要用來銜接PT Cruiser的車款、吸引需求再高一級的客層，價格將稍高于25,000美金。 Pacifica將搭載3.5升V6引擎，采四輪驅動，車內共有三排座椅、可以搭乘六名乘員，C克萊斯勒宣稱其座位安排將是“頭等艙級”享受，而與傳統MPV最不同的地方，是Pacifica的重心極低，因此Pacifica的操控性將可媲美轎車，而且車內乘客可以輕輕松松地一腳跨出車外、就直接踩在地上，出入非常方便。這一部Pacifica是克萊斯勒繼1983年的MPV和2001年的PT Cruiser之后，希望能再度掀起“新級距車款”熱潮的明日之星！
