簡要說明	這款車是德國改裝廠G-Power針對寶馬X5推出的改裝版。車名中的“Typhoon”來源于這套空力套件，有利進風散熱的條件和良好的擾流效果，而且造型十分鮮明。車輛前臉兩側的進氣壩中央加裝了LED燈組，同時還可以有效地利用空氣進行剎車的冷卻。在寶馬的改裝廠商中，論及動力的改裝，G-Power可謂出類拔萃。這款X5 Typhoon RS以寶馬 X5 xDrive48i為基礎，能夠以RS來取名，體現出這款車動力的強悍。G-Power為X5配備了自家的機械增壓G-Power SK III RS套件，這套機械增壓以ASA汽車公司的T1-723增壓系統為核心，可體現出比普通的渦輪增壓更加靈敏的油門反應，足夠超越雙渦輪。G-Power還為發動機配備了超大容量的中冷器和碳纖維風箱。與此同時，發動機缸體本身也得到了技術優化，采用了全新的由F1的技術伙伴馬勒提供的鍛造活塞、八個全新噴油器和一個更大容量的油泵、全新的點火控制程序，另外還添置了額外的油冷和水冷系統。這些改進使得4.8升發動機的最大功率和扭矩分別提升至625馬力和700牛米，這也使得車輛在4.5秒內即可從靜止加速至100公里/小時，極速可達285公里/小時。
