這款F-Cell Roadster將梅塞德斯汽車的造型元素和21世紀的高科技結合在了一起，包括梅塞德斯傳奇車型的設計美學和比例，還有新舊交融的技術比如包裹手工縫制皮革的碳纖維桶椅和一個線控的中央控制桿。當然這款車的核心部件當屬它那燃料電池動力系統，這個系統的功率有1.2千瓦，有了它，這款車的最高時速可以達到25公里/小時，最大里程可以達到350公里。這意味著你將擁有一個緩慢漫長的旅途，就像上世紀初那種探險汽車駕駛員一樣。
