塞斯納 Citation Encore+飛機是Encore的升級，可搭載7-11名乘客。并采用兩臺普惠加拿大公司的PW535B發動機，每一臺都裝備了全權數字發動機控制（FADEC）裝置，飛機航電系統采用的是羅克韋爾-柯林斯公司的新型Pro Line 21設備。

兩臺3400磅(15千牛)推力的發動機使Citation Encore+中型公務噴氣機在總重、航程和乘客運載能力方面有大幅度提高，其中滿油有效載荷為530千克，相比增加了150千克。在駕駛艙方面，Pro Line 21綜合航電系統通過三臺液晶顯示器提供飛行數據，其中兩臺為主要飛行數據顯示，第三臺為多功能數據顯示。另外的特點還包括Pro Line 21通信、導航和監視無線電。
